Hello, I'm looking to sell my unfinished Tiny House in upstate NY. The shell is 2x4 -16in on center construction. 12x24 ft with a 4x12ft porch on the side. The walls and ceiling have been insulated. The floor will need to be insulted for a more comfortable winter. I have lived in it since October 2019 and was comfortable. Water hookup via hose. Electric hookup via outlet. There is no electric panel installed yet. Plumbing and electrical easily changed depending on your needs. Included in the price is the mini split Heater and a/c, mini washer and dryer, mini stove with oven(new and not installed) and a mini fridge though enough space for a full fridge if desired. Some construction materials were second hand including the double sink and counter for the kitchenette. The bathroom /washer room only contains a shower with a camping style propane on demand water heater. The house is not on wheels but can be transported by a prefab shed company with ease. The structure was produced by Woodtex company in Himrod, NY. I'm asking 11,000 though I am flexible for speedy offers as I'm trying to move out of country. Thanks for your time. PAUL.
