Tiny house with stage platforms - $10,000
Two walls come down to form stage platforms (or a porch).
This is built like a traditional wood house (2x6's and 2x8's). It's well insulated (r30 in the floor and roof, r15 in the walls). It has beautiful reclaimed redwood as an interior and it also has ample storage under the floor (the entire floor is built like a puzzle so that you can lift up the boards and put stuff underneath). I used this tiny house/stage to travel around and perform for 3 years. I then put it on some property that I built and used it as an airbnb space for a while. It has a small murphy bed to save on space. The walls can be pulley'd down by one person (pulley is included). However, it's time for me to let go of this lovely piece of my past.
It does not have plumbing (I used a compost toilet that does not come with it), a shower or electricity (you could easily add solar or a wire it so you can plug into someone's house bc the interior wood is screwed in and not nailed i.e. easy to remove and replace). I used a little mister buddy heater for heat in the winter and it works well (mr. buddy heater not included).
This would be great for a tiny house in someone's backyard. It can be used as a meditation space, performance venue, workshop space, art studio, airbnb, etc.
