House/shell was built in 2017, and I have been living in this "cabin-in-the-city" on/off here in Los Angeles area since then. I purchased the shell, had it bolted to a custom utility trailer, and have made a few upgrades. The exterior is complete with roof/shingles/paint/etc. In terms of the interior, it's most comparable to a cabin as it's kind of a cross between a shell and a finished tiny house. If you are accustomed to a fully furnished modern home/amenities, it is not that - the toilet is compost, the sink and tub/shower are manually supplied but have light plumbing for the drainage. No electric except for one solar panel which powers the vent fan. Gas heating and lantern.
