This Tiny home is built on a Tiny Home builders tailer with a 100amp power service. It has dual lofts, an 8x8 and an 8x12 foot with permanent ladders to each loft. Each loft has two windows for ventilation.
The living area has a window seat with storage below. The kitchen has a two-burner induction cooktop recessed into the countertop with an exhaust hood above. The kitchen has ten kitchen cabinets for plenty of storage for utensils. The bathroom area has a window in it for ventilation. The bathroom area contains a 32x32 fiberglass shower unit, a 24-inch vanity with a medicine cabinet above it. There is an area in the bathroom that is wired plumbed and vented for a 24-inch stackable washer and dryer. Also, the toilet area is set up for either a standard or compose toilet with a power outlet and water line to it. The hot water is supplied by an electrical hot water on demand unit and heating the tiny home would be from a floor or wall mounted electrical unit. All walls, floor and ceiling are R-15 insulated. The underside of the trailer is rapped with aluminum coil stock to prevent the intrusion of moister and critters. The roof has been totally sealed with ice and water shield before being shingled with 30-year architectural shingles. The exterior of the Tiny Home is vinyl siding with house rap underneath it.
