The Farmhouse - is an 8 by 24 Foot trailer used as a foundation for a Tiny House (approximately 300sq ft.total). The home has a metal roof with two skylights and gutters along the sides. There are two entrances to the tiny home, one on the side, and one on the back. The bathroom has a Natures Head composting toilet, Whirlpool Washer/Dryer Combination Unit, Moen Magnetix shower head shower, sink, and fan. The shower pan is tile and the sides a made of corrugated metal. There is a sliding barn door that separates the bathroom from the living area and a charming dutch door at the back of the house. In the kitchen there is an Induction cook top, convection oven, granite counter tops, stainless steal sink, storage staircase, cabinets and full extension drawers. There is a living room area with a built-in dining area that can be expanded to seat 6-8 people. There are two lofts. On the outside of the tiny house, there is an On Demand Rinanni Hot water heater (installed in 2017) that uses propane, a full circuit breaker panel, and the house is wired to run on a 50 Amp power supply or less.There is a cadet wall heater/fan as well as a ceiling fan. The home is insulated with spray foam that keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Stylish and comfortable, this would make a great home, vacation home, or rental.
