330sqft custom made time home. Made by professional builders in Florida. It is certified as an RV. Unit is 26 ft long, 8ft wide, and 13 ft tall. House is 4 years old and we have lived in it full time since. We are currently heading towards van life and are selling our beautiful dollhouse. We have a king size bed in the master with plenty of room for a closet space up there as well. I am 5ft 7in and can sit up in bed with room to spare. Kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/stove and a fridge as well as high end butcher block countertops. Bathroom has a regular toilet, 5ft 6in tub with shower, and an all-in-one washer/dryer. Water heater is on demand with no holding tank and uses propane. Stairs to both lofts make is easy to access as opposed to a ladder. There is one Fujitsu A/C unit and it cools or heats the house very well. We have lived in Florida, South Texas and Northern California and have never had an issue with temperature control.
