Like new park model for sale, two lofts. 8x26x11

Very good condition, only about 3 years old. 8 ft wide by 26ft long and about 11ft tall. It has two lofts that fit two queen mattresses. Have it off the ground so the tires should be like new. The trailer was brand new it was built on. It has a shower, toilet, sink, kitchen sink, fridge, stove/oven, microwave and a small bar that fits two bar stools. We have a love seat, recliner and a table in the living room area. It has a mini PTAC for heat and AC, it has new pex plumbing with drain valves for the hot and cold sides. Right now it's hooked up to power and septic so that will have to get unhooked before it can go. I checked with a local builder and he said it would be $70,000 plus to build one this size new. We are asking $50,000. It could easily be pulled to your lake or river lot, a hunting cabin, or Airbnb it.
