Great energy efficient tiny home constructed with SIPS panels. Verry inexpensive on the utilities, all electric home. This home has a great lay out, offering the sense of privacy from space to space. The main sleeping loft has a queen mattress and stair access. About those stairs- They have storage and lots of it! The smaller loft has multipurpose depending on your needs. Can be used for extra sleeping with twin mattress, or storage utilizing built in shelves, or just a cool nest to hang out in. Kitchen still has space that could be increased by adding a washer or cabinetry under existing counter top. Very good light in the entire home and window treatments on all if the NM sun gets too much. The bathroom is off of the kitchen and has a sliding barn door style. Bathroom has a Flush toilet and shower large enough for the most stout . The home is all electric so no dealing with getting propane on a monthly basis. Unless of course you invest in a gas grill for the huge front deck. Living space has a comfy couch that can also double as sleeping spot for the last minute guest. All the furniture goes with the home so no need to outfit, this is a pretty turn key home if you are looking for a rental unit on your property its ready to roll. Currently residing in a tiny home community and can stay with approval process from park. The kitchen utilizes portable cooking appliances and can easily be up sized or down sized depending on your culinary needs. Currently ac is a window unit that takes care of the heat in summer and uses a very inexpensive portable heater that plugs in to any 110 outlet.
