The home is built on a brand new Trailer Made custom tiny home trailer. The trailer deck is 8’ wide and 20’ long.
The Floor has been insulated and decked with 1” sheathing.
The walls have been framed very traditionally with a few modifications for this specific tiny home on wheels.
The windows are new Pella Energy Star certified windows, which is good since there are three 4’x4’ Windows, and 10 windows in total!
This home has a large loft (88”x84”) in the back that cantilevers over the back, and a small loft (44”x88”) in the front that cantilevers over the hitch.
The home has a standard sized ¾ bath with full 36” shower, toilet and vanity. Toilet can be either composting or standard.
The kitchen includes 9’ of counter space with cooktop and oven, a full fridge.
Heat and air can be anything that will best meet the customer’s needs! From woodstove to vented propane or a minisplit heat/air system.
