Main shell constructed by best-in-industry builder Tumbleweed, then clad in hand-picked redwood boards, and ipe trim. Features unusually large windows, some clever design touches, and a 3D model to help with construction.
The interior has a high-ceilinged great room, with tons of light from a glass door with side panes and a massive 6 1/2 foot widow across from the kitchen. Most tiny homes under come with much smaller slit windows.
The exterior is finished, and has embedded struts that allow attaching extensions (awning, porch, tool shed, etc.) without drilling into the structure. When I added the redwood siding, I chose the boards one at a time to create a pleasing pattern, and stained them to create a nice rich color.
This is a professionally built shell with a few personal touches. It has been well cared for, but due to life events I can not complete it myself, and am looking for a good home for my dream home. I am happy to answer questions and help you figure out if this is the right shell for your project.
