Tiny home equipped with everything you need. Washer and dryer, shower, laundry sink, kitchen sink, stove, electrical and plumbing. The only thing that’s not included is the fridge. There’s denim insulation in the walls and roxul insulation underneath. We have extra denim and roxul that will be included with the purchase. The ceiling needs insulated but the vented wall heater kept us all warm through the winter even without the ceiling being insulated. There is an on demand hot water heater. It runs off propane and so does the wall heater and the stove. It will need moved off the property it’s currently on. The toilet is a compost toilet. It is on skids. There is not a hitch or wheels. We’re only selling because we’re going to have another baby next month and need more space as that will make us a family of 5.
