Trailer is a custom build from Iron Eagle Trailers. Tandem axle, oversized at 14k GVWR, designed to accommodate TH builds and includes integral leveling jacks.
Design is maximized for livable square footage and also easy to tow for ease of movement between locations.
Modern Rustic style construction.
Exterior redwood decking and benches along front of house featuring outside shower and Japanese style wine barrel soaking tub. Both shower and tub have hot and cold running water. All exterior infrastructure are easily disassembled (and reassembled) for smooth relocation if or when desired.
Living room has built in bench with oversized pull out drawers, side tables with cabinet bottoms and lots of shelving above. Multiple drawers and hanging closet under stairs.
Kitchen/Dining area with seating at the peninsula counter. All countertops being Zinc (anti microbial usually installed in seafood restaurants/oyster bars). Counters naturally patina over time or can be kept shiny if desired.
Stove is a stainless steel, Summit, slide in propane oven/range. Fridge is a stainless mini low energy usage with a small freezer. Kitchen sink with pull out trash below and rustic, reclaimed wood shelving with dimmable under shelf lighting throughout.
Full bathroom features a shower, sink and composting toilet, lighted mirror, opening window and extractor fan.
Loft/Sleeping Area is up the stairs and is a cozy place to rest at night. A full size bed (54” wide…slightly smaller than a queen) with more storage up here and an opening window for when the nights get warmer.
Power can be connected by plugging into any household 15 amp outlet. This house is incredibly energy efficient, using very little power.
Propane water heater and stove.
Low profile and energy efficient wall mounted ceramic electric heater blends seamlessly into the white walls.
Waste is all gray water and is run from the rear of the house. No sewer hook up necessary.
