This adorable tiny house is created with rustic charm and is a perfect getaway to regroup from everyday ups and downs. The loft-living room features a picture window to enjoy the views with standing room for most, and includes durable hooks for a hammock.
A cozy sleeping area is below the loft with a comfortable sitting height. In addition, there is a fold-down desk/table that can open to a larger or smaller size. The kitchen counter and shelves above and below are made with reclaimed wood and a bucket sink. On the counter is a thick, large granite tray on wheels for food preparation and easy cleanup.
Above the kitchen area and opposite the living area is additional storage. The house has a total of five glider windows: the loft window and four smaller windows, all with screens. There is one ceiling fan, water and electrical hookup, a wood burning stove, electrical outlets including a light switch, and an outside stoop.
House Measurements: (18.25’ x 6.81’) + Overhang (1’ x 6.81’) = 131.09 Sq. Ft.
Note: There is no bathroom in the tiny house; we built an external outside compost toilet with sink and shower that is not included in the sale.
Pickup/delivery is to be arranged/handled by buyer. We will provide towing/setup equipment including bricks/shims, jack, and wheel chocks, if the buyer needs.
