The tiny house was built by Jason Lundamark of Hawk Tiny Homes Inc. Jason Lundamark is a licensed contractor with 30+ years of construction experience and is currently a commercial member of Tiny Home Industry Association. It was built on a Corsica LT Travel Trailer and an additional axel was installed to meet weight regulations. The Tiny House is compliant with all weight/size limitations, and is legal to drive. However, it was intentionally built as a home that is intended to be stationary - while it can cruise wherever you would like for it to, it is very large and wasn't built with intentions for RV use.
