RV style on demand hot water heater is included with 2 (30 lb) propane bottles and 12 volt battery. Electrical is a standard 30 amp RV hookup with 12 volt back up lighting in each room. Heating and cooling is provided by a Fujitsu 9000BTU mini split. Bedroom loft is large enough to accommodate a king size mattress and includes a cedar lined closet.
Stairs to loft are a nesting style that include storage inside each stair. There is a drop down table for dining and a 32" Samsung t.v. along with a sound bar with blue tooth.
The trailer is 20' long and total weight is approximately 10,900 lbs with dual 7000 lb axles.
