This beautiful Tiny Home (TH) is 200sq ft, 12' x 16', plus an exterior closet. It was professionally built by Summit Structures in 2021 using high quality building materials and practices using 2x6 joists, and ridge vents.
It has well-planned ridge vents, insulted metal roof, utility closet, and heating.
*There is no plumbing.*
I worked with Summit Structures to ensure the dimension are taller than standard, giving the room a very large feel. The lofts are 8ft high and the room is about 12 ft tall.
The 2 large lofts dramatically help with space. One loft takes a full mattress while the other holds an enormous amount of storage. This leaves nearly 100% of the 200 sq feet for usable space.
Insulation
-High quality insulation was installed in the walls and ceiling. The TH heats up easily and stays warm.
Interior
-Professional Drywall and paint
Countertop
-Acacia wood countertop with high-end Ikea Kitchen cabinets in black (Note a few pictures are old and show a temporary countertop that was replaced with wood.)
Electrical
-The home is wired for both AC and DC. You can "plug in" the tiny home to a utility grid with an extension cord and power the standard AC outlets to use the TV, Refrigerator, etc. Or you can use an inverter and solar (solar is not included but it does come with a Solar-Ready battery for the DC).

-This TH is on skids. It is NOT on a trailer.

Moving
-I have contracts that will move the TH. Prices start at $800 and go up based on distance. Buyer to pay for transportation.

-Installed Van heater that runs on Diesel with separate interior intake and exhaust vents. Installed in the utility closet, and controlled using a keypad or remote control. Works very well even in the coldest winters.
