This tiny house was being constructed for a family member, who no longer needs it.
The outside was built with T-1-11 exterior wood. Has tamko 3 tab shingles on the roof.
It stands 14'2" tall at peak. Has 2 doors, front and back that are 80" x 36". has 3 large windows 1 is 8' x 32". 2 windows are 7'6" x 5'
There is also a smaller window by the back door that is 4'9" x 2'91/2".
The house is 12'9" wide and 17' long. Was being constructed to have a loft also.
This is a steal for someone who can finish it themselves, customize like you want it.
