Because of the digital, on-demand nature of our Online Workshop, refunds are limited. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied and a pro-rated amount for your return will be calculated based on the number of videos watched and the length of time you had access. The return amount is at our sole discretion.
Because of the costs related to hosting a live event (including the event space rental, catering, labor, and build materials) there are no refunds for cancellations within 14 days prior to the start of the event. You may however transfer the cost of your ticket at any time prior to the start of the event, to any of our other available events.
Trailer and Tiny House sales are final. These items are custom made-to-order for each customer and they cannot be returned or refunded. Please review your quote or invoice for a full list of terms.
